Return and Claim Policy

RETURN MATERIAL POLICY

Return Material Authorizations (RMA) will be handled in the following manner.

  • All returns requested within 60 days of purchase will have a 25% restocking fee. RMA will not be issued for material purchased 61 days from date of invoice. Most returns will be processed within 4 days.
  • RMA will not be issued for the following:
    1. Discontinued Material
    2. Special Order Items
    3. Defective Material*See your sales rep for manufacturer claims request
    4. VCT/Porcelain Tile less than 10 cartons *must all be same dyelot
    5. Wood/Laminate less than 10 cartons
    6. Vinyl Cut less than 40SY

If you have a return request, please submit to returns@rasiegel.com. Credits will be issued for sellable goods upon inspection of returned material. All authorizations must be returned within 30 days of approval. Approved authorizations past this time period must be reevaluated according to the original policy. How do I file a claim for defective material?

If your material is defective you will need to file a claim with the manufacturer. A claim with Mannington may be filed online at www.mannington.com/residential/claimform.aspx or over the phone at 1-800-FLOOR-US.

Replacement orders for claims need to be called into the customer service department and you must have a letter from the manufacturer stating replacement approved, square yardage, and claim number. This letter will need to be faxed over before the replacement material can be sent out.

How do I check the status of my claim?

You may check your status of a Mannington claim by visiting www.mannington.com/Residential/ClaimStatus.aspx or over the phone at 1-800-FLOOR-US.
